SABVOR Food & Wine: Special guests Peruvian Pisco and Peruvian Gastronomy



Peruvian American Chamber of Commerce, presented the fourth edition of SAVBOR Food & Wine. The event took place on June 29 and 30 at the Double Tree by Hilton Miami Airport. SAVBOR began with the cocktail of honor, and the welcome of the companies of Wines and the International Gastronomy. The guests were able to taste the diversity of Spanish companies' wines and the Pisco of the companies MacchuPisco LLC and San Benedicto.

The Peruvian Pisco shared with the guests who tasted Pisco for its quality, flavor and texture. Macchu Pisco presented La Diablada an organic Peruvian Pisco of the best grape quality of Southern Peru. Macchu Pisco presented the classic Pisco Sour and Maracuyá Sour. The Pisco San Benedicto, presented the classic Chilcano de Pisco. In Peruvian cuisine the chef, German Gonzales de O 'Lima Signature Cuisine presented the classic Causa Limena and a variety of versions of it and the chef's original creation, Ceviche in chicha morada sauce, a creation by Chef, Gonzales. The international chef, Irina Herrera Diaz of Healthy Cooking Five Continents presented a sweet and salty quinoa table. Chef, Irina presented a creation of her kitchen sweet and sour passion fruit dessert in yellow chili sauce.

Ico Manzanero, representative of Cuzquena beer in Miami, was another of the makers of the classic drink: Beer. There were also PIKI products, an easy-to-use complementary food add-on that is available in the Miami market.

The event was led, by the President of PERUSA, Alfonso Esterripa, and the vice president, Mario Gómez in the Peru SAVBOR section of Gastromania. Gómez, vice president of PERUSA, said "SAVBOR is one of our steps to establish commercial links between companies and marketers where they can taste know Peruvian products for the Miami market, and Pisco is our ambassador."
