Diaspora Interculturality The rapid growth of international migrations is a source of fascination in the formation of Diasporas and kitchens have been a meeting point that in the recent book The Diaspora Interculturality, presented by Jorge Gonzales-Lara of the ISSUU publisher. Jorge Gonzales Lara, a sociologist who has written extensively on Diasporas: "Gastronomy is the study of the relationship between man and his environment and cultural food. Sociology studies the collective phenomena produced by the social activity of human beings within of the cultural context history in which they are immersed. How does a group of families travel in search of a space of coexistence and faith that becomes a symbol of migration? In developing this question and answer, it combines historical research with ideas and social studies. A diaspora is a form of transnational social space construction, which reflects the ambivalent space occupied by immigrants as a cultural minority
